Chapter 4 Setting up IKEY with Keystroke POS

Copy ksi files into keystrok\forms directory (Version7)

These files are located in the IKEY\Forms directory

KSI Files (Are needed to run upnewitem)

1. Click on the Keystroke POS Tools Tab

2. Click on INILIVE.ini button to edit your data path Edit *DataPath= [Path]

*if using version 6 click on Version6 INILIVE.ini

Using note pad select edit replace and find c:\keystrok\tutor and replace with

Your path

3. Save you Batch files with the correct database Paths & Folder Name

4. Three files are used to make IKEY work with Keystroke POS

A. Program ini IKEY*.ini used to send data to PC

B. InvLive.ini used to get Keystroke POS Data

C. Batch Files used to Work with Keystroke POS
